STORM Developments Terms of Service

1. You are not permitted to resell or distribute any of our assets without obtaining our written permission. Violation of this rule may result in a ban and legal action.
2. We reserve the right to refuse permission for the distribution of our resources to server owners. Prior confirmation from us is required.
3. Refunds are rarely issued, and if granted, they must be approved by STORM Developments. Attempting a chargeback will result in the termination of all assets.
4. Any attempt or threat of a chargeback is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all assets.
5. You may not resell, leak, or publicly distribute our work without our written consent.
6. We have the authority to revoke your access to the assets at any time and for any reason.
7. We reserve the right to blacklist you at any time for any reason.
8. We retain the right to decline any user's custom order request.
9. The Terms of Service for STORM Developments may be updated at any time and for any reason.
10. While being a client of STORM Developments, you are prohibited from participating in leaking servers on Discord. Being found in violation may result in suspension or termination.
11. All payments must be made exclusively through our website. Commissions will be processed via an invoice.
12. Some of STORM Developments' products may be obfuscated, making them locked or uneditable. The ability to edit specific items can be confirmed by contacting our support team on Discord.
13. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your computer by our assets.

Refunds

• Refund requests may be denied at our discretion.
• If you buy an open source product, no refund will be provided at all.
• No refunds will be provided for monthly service.
